This page explains how to delete your Compass account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this from inside the app, or - if you no longer have the app installed - by contacting us.
If you have uninstalled Compass, you can still request deletion. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include the words "Delete my account". We will verify the request and process it under the same 30-day deletion model.
When the deletion completes, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:
Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained. Content you contributed to trips shared with other people may remain visible to those collaborators after your account is removed.
